John Coltrane memoir book
An exploration of typography, grid and page flow based on John Coltrane's A Love Supreme. This book is meant to express a part of Coltrane’s inspiring music and life through graphic design.
A few years ago I took a class to re-sharpen my typography skills from a wonderful teacher at the School of Visual Concepts. His classic assignment asks students to create a book around a classic selection of music. This book is my translation of John Coltrane’s, A Love Supreme.
